What is Telehealth?
My therapy practice is 100% online and virtual. Per California law, “telehealth” is the mode of delivering health care via information and communication technologies, including, but not limited to, telephone and/or internet. Licensees may deliver health care, under their scope of practice, via telehealth, under certain conditions.

Individual Therapy
One to one virtual therapy sessions

Family or Extended Therapy
Virtual therapy with an individual client and one or more loved ones for a specific purpose, or when an individual wishes to have longer sessions.

Family/Collateral
Support Sessions
Therapy for some clients may include occasional individual meetings with parents or other loved ones, if indicated.

Please note that I am an out of network provider. I do not accept insurance, but can provide a superbill if requested.

Supports outside of my service:
I do not provide custody evaluation recommendations or recommendation letters for use of an emotional support animal. I also do not have specialized training to treat eating disorders or substance use disorders that are the focus of treatment.
